Diagnosis
Pedicel yellowish-brown; malar sulcus present; thoracic dorsum moderately convex; scutellum as long as wide, with a complete median groove and with lateral mesh rows (i.e. as in genus Horismenus); propodeum with a short wide anteromedian fovea, with two small anterolateral foveas, foveas with longitudinal carinae, without curved carinae from upper corners of petiolar foramen, with plicae; fore wing speculum open below; postmarginal vein longer (1.3X) than stigmal vein; female gaster elongate with pointed apex, last tergite 1.4X as long as width of base.

Costa Rica, Panama.
Biology
Parasite in eggs of Cistudinella foveolata (Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae).
